Ms. Sabitha Muthusamy

Ms. Sabitha Muthusamy has 18 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, having served at various prestigious institutions in India and the UAE. Her teaching portfolio spans undergraduates, postgraduates, and research scholars. She has shared her research and insights at numerous national and international conferences. As a former member of the Board of Studies and Research Innovation Team at Dr. GRD College of Science in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, she has contributed to shaping academic and research strategies. Ms. Sabitha holds a Master’s and an M.Phil in Computer Science and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field. A passionate learner and dedicated researcher, her areas of expertise include Data Mining, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. Her research has been published in IEEE journals, international refereed journals, and international conferences. She has also played a key role in organizing inter-collegiate meets and conferences. Known for her personable and approachable nature, Ms. Sabitha trains students in B.Ed and M.Ed programs at Aspire Education Academy.

Ms. Sarayu Mehta

B Ed and UK Diploma Trainer

Ms. Sarayu Mehta brings over three decades of expertise in instructional leadership, having served as a Headmistress and Supervisor in schools across India and the UAE. With a passion for developing educators equipped with 21st-century competencies, she excels in mentoring both students and teachers. Ms. Mehta holds a B.Ed and M.Ed in Educational Leadership and possesses a deep understanding of UAE’s educational standards and regulations. Her exceptional communication skills, passion for technology, and proactive nature make her an outstanding leader. She is recognized for her resilience, approachability, and innovative teaching methodologies. Ms. Mehta is also a skilled writer and orator, committed to fostering best practices and detailed explanations in her work.

Ms. SAMRAH TIRMIZI

B Ed and MBA Trainer

As a dedicated educator with nearly six years of teaching experience, I have been actively involved in both degree programs and school education. With a strong academic foundation, I hold a BSc in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, an MBA in Marketing (for which I received a silver medal), and a BEd in General Education. Additionally, I have completed specialized courses in Critical Thinking, Uncommon Sense Teaching, and University Teaching. Throughout my career, I have mentored students in management, focusing on core subjects, interpersonal skills, group discussions, interview preparation, and creative presentations. I have also led IELTS preparation sessions and provided psychological support and professional strategies to teachers. Beyond the classroom, I consistently engage in debates, extempore speaking, writing, and oratory activities to further enhance my communication skills and educational impact.

Dr. Mary George Varghese

Psychology Trainer and Research Advisor

Dr. Mary George Varghese is a seasoned educator and researcher with over 20 years of experience in higher education, focusing on brain-based learning, metacognitive skills, and clinical psychology. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU, India. Currently, Dr. Varghese is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Abu Dhabi University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate programs. Her research explores innovative instructional strategies that improve academic achievement and reduce student stress, particularly through brain-based and metacognitive approaches. She has authored numerous publications and contributed as an editor and reviewer for esteemed academic journals.
Dr. Varghese’s contributions extend internationally, as a panel member for research evaluations in France and Slovakia, and as a clinical psychologist with Care Well Holistic IHC in Mumbai. Her dedication to mental health and stress management is evident through her work with OPTUM and in her workshops on social and mental health skills. She has received several research grants and awards, including the Bright Researcher Award from the International Institute of Organized Research. Her published works, including her books on learning and neuroscience, underscore her commitment to enhancing educational outcomes through interdisciplinary research.

Jayashree Gangolli holds more than two decades of experience in the educational sector. A passionate educator and committed academic leader, she brings a rich blend of classroom expertise and strategic vision. With a Master’s in Education (Educational Leadership) and a strong academic background in Computer Science, she has consistently championed innovative, student-centered practices. As a B.Ed. instructor, she has gone beyond delivering pedagogy, serving as a mentor who inspires future educators to embrace teaching as a transformative journey. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that education should spark curiosity, build character, and empower learners for a dynamic future.

Ms. Jones Joseph is an experienced administrative professional with over eight years of expertise in managing clerical and operational tasks across various industries in Dubai and India. Currently serving as an Accountant and Admissions Coordinator at Mind Boosters Educational Services and Aspire Education Academy, Ms. Jones is adept at handling academic records, supporting admissions processes, and managing routine office operations. Known for her attention to detail and multitasking skills, she efficiently manages schedules, resolves student inquiries, and oversees daily accounts to ensure smooth office functioning.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jones has developed strong competencies in payroll management, customer service, and office administration, leveraging her proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally ERP 9, and Zoho Books. Geethu Binu is a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with over four years of experience in digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce. Currently with Aspire Education Academy, she specializes in creating impactful digital strategies, managing social media platforms, and running optimized campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and lead generation. Her expertise spans SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and website management.

With a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and certifications in Advanced Digital Marketing and Android App Development, she brings a unique combination of technical and creative expertise. Passionate about innovation, Geethu leverages analytics, AI tools, and design to deliver measurable marketing results.

As the Leader of the Sustainability Council, she demonstrated strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and a passion for driving positive change within the school community.
